Earlier this year Takara Tomy reissued Big Convoy as part of its "Encore" line, featuring a new deco based on his animated appearance! Check out my review and gallery of this cool figure.

In G1, Powerdashers were a trio of mail-order Transformers action figures. Now they have received updates as part of "Generations: Selects"! Take a look at my review and gallery of the first of the new Powerdashers: Zetar.

Transformers: Earth Wars is a mobile game where players gather teams of Autobots or Decepticons to attack an enemy base. Part of the fun is building up a base that will make it as difficult as possible for enemies to destroy your Main Tower. The other element is mixing and matching your characters and their abilities to take down your enemy's base. Even better? The storylines are written by long time Transformers writer Simon Furman! As with most "free to play" mobile games, there are microtransactions involved in the game. (Read more...)

In September 2019, IDW Publishing launched its new Transformers: Galaxies series of comic books. This series runs alongside the recently relaunched Transformers title with stories focusing on specific characters instead of a larger scale storyline. The end of Summer 2019 brought a whole new wave of "Cyberverse" toys onto shelves. These included a 1-Step version of Shockwave! Check out my review and gallery of this new iteration of the logical but deadly Decepticon.
